I had my flight on 24 August at 7.05 a.m. Around past half six in the morning , after passing check in and passport control at the boarding gate I was denied to pass by too womens from Ryanair to the plain. My device shout down after showing my boarding pass and I was not able to show the passenger locator form. Because I was not having priority ticket I was asked to wait for the police after my insistence to enter . The time pass , the plain departed , the womens from ryanair were not kind and went away from the gateway , the police didn’t appear. I decide to stay on the boarding gate and i book another ticket, through kiwi company, to the same flight at the same hour for the next day , August 25. Because I have low budget I didn’t make any travel insurance.

I pass the night at boarding gate . At 6 .30a.m I was at front gate, showing a priority boarding pass and locator passenger form , but I was asked to show covid test which already past one day ago , because I did a rapid antigenic test that is valid for 48 hours, I was for second time denied to enter , I was really tired and upset so I pass to the plain running for they call the police that didn’t appear in the past day or giving any assistance or compensation for the disruption during my stay all night in the boarding gates.
In the plain the police appear and ask me to go with them , after I explained and show the plf digital autorization from UK, gov. my intention to go to work on London as an entrepreneur on my Zapa7irPROJECT, that I invest in the too tickets and I was not having more money to stay in Italy. problems in comunication. so they said go ask money to someone for new ticket and t go to make new covid test at the airport and for flying in the same day or next day, which I did .
I ask one hundred euros to a friend send to western union that was a trouble to have it in Malpensa aeroport with excuse of first name as one and not all names.
which made me a lot of stress also too ask to my parents that send me to the portuguese bank account My banco ctt, denied me credit, acess of my balance and from which I made the payments to kiwi , with my mess, less budget and to spend in the airport food machines, at health clinic for the covid rapid test more, 36 euros. On that date at the same boarding gate B 50, terminal 1, I was again denied to enter with a excuse that I was banished from the ryanair, I ask for they call the police again that just appear on the gate half one hour after, in the hour of the plain departure. I ask for that they show me the paper where was written that my name was banished which they refuse and if so why the company sold again a ticket in my name. The police agents were different ones for the day before and were focus in other men that was more nervous and was also denied to enter in the plain . I was tired and vulnerable with abuse of power from the ryanair and for 70 hours in Malpensa under video vigilance and strong lights without receiving any assistance or offer to re routing on alternative flight.
In the airport there was no representative from the air carrier, nether any lawyer , so for i ask to receive financial compensation and the reimbursement of the cost of the tickets and other expenses .
On 26 I made my choice price less factor.
I need to find a way to to get on board on that day from the airport Malpensa. I booked a flight to Athens through Aegean airlines app, but the company was not sending me the boarding pass.
I had flight at 17h 30 and the message was to contact the airline to have the reservation number, no one was answer the phone for tree times so I move to ask in the information post that said me to go to changing tickets post. I had gonne to that post for change flights the day before they asked me more then 100 euros to have new flight for London through raynair, so this time I show the reservation on my tablet and the worker give me a number but said that I was not having possibility to fly because they were not send me any boarding pass and I was surprised and upset and I went to the Aegean office in the aeroport near the police office but no one was there able to help . In the check in desk was also no representative of company too hours before the flight , so I ask to a women to use Italian phone to call to the airline , a men was near to and said that he could try to help me and try to phone but the call sounds like a fax number , so he said that he could help to open my Aegean account in him computer with the number that I had from the operator of the change tickets desk. He did and the same message appear so I was need to contact the company to have my boarding pass ,
I ask him to made new reservation in my name and pay with him credit card . I give him the 50 money from 100 in cash that I had from western union, he made a new reservation in my account with his computer paying with him bankcard .
i receive my boarding pass in my happy dream host mail . thanks for the good meal and crew aegean .thanks great spirit for fly way from Malpensa airport.

We have received your complaints related to the denied boarding on flights FR 8728
from Milan Malpensa to London Stansted on August 24th,25th,and 26th , 2021.
You stated that for three consecutive days you have been refused boarding and
obliged to buy three different flight tickets to get to London Stansted from Milan
The first time the denied boarding was due to the impossibility of showing your
Passenger Locator Form in digital format as your device shut down.
The second day you have been refused boarding for the second time because they
claimed that you didn’t have a COVID-19 test, instead you claim that you had
already done the test few days before.
The third day, even if your health documentation required was in order, you have
been denied boarding once again because you have been blacklisted by the air
